Every wallpaper is a standalone WebGPU document rendered in an iframe, with a shared runtime that caps resolution, limits the frame rate, pauses off-screen tabs and recovers from GPU device loss. Scenes ship as AVIF assets instead of inline base64. WebGPU is the only renderer.
